Fronted by singer Dan Knights, this Yorkshire based four piece band were performing to a full concert room. All apparently eager to enjoy this popular local band.

On the evening Dan Knights vocals were pitch perfect, aided by his aesthetically pleasing band members behind him. Knights is a seasoned professional and certainly knows how to read an audience, choossi0ng a rather varied song choice, from Olly Murs Dance With me tonight, to the 80’s Ultravox classic, Vienna.

It is easy to see why this band have accrued a plethora of awards from up and down the country. With a state of the art P.A system and LED light show this band is, in my view, a must for any venue.

Dan Knights Storm isn’t the only pie Dan Knights has his finger in. Linacre and Knights was the brainchild of Knights. Knights cabaret duo partner is Ron Linacre and their duo show is aimed at a very different market to the Clubland and Holiday Centre band scene. Linacre and Knights perform a songs from the shows type cabaret, which includes musical theatre classics from shows such as We Will Rock You, Jekyll and Hyde and Phantom of the Opera.

If this wasn’t enough, Dan Knights is also the proprietor of his own entertainment agency, Knights Management. In my view, any act who finds themselves managed by Knights can only benefit from his wealth of experience and knowledge.

It seems that diversity is the name of the game when it comes to maintaining a professional income in today’s entertainment world and Knights has certainly achieved this. When asked where Dan Knights hopes to be in another ten years-time, he replies: ‘If the music industry can give me another ten years in the business, I’ll be a very happy man’. Knights clearly shows no sign of quitting the entertainment world anytime soon.
